WORK LIFE CONTINUUM
A solution that solves individual employee problems that HR, brokers or EAP’s DO NOT want to TOUCH.
Employee Assistance Programs, or more commonly EAPs help employees manage their personal issues so they can be more productive at work. Our Work Life Continuum enhances those programs by offering full support, full productivity and greater savings on healthcare costs.
Employees do not always check their personal problems at the door when they come to work. They can be weighed down by depression, family conflicts, substance abuse, mounting debt or worry over an elderly parent or parent-in-law. Trying to navigate the complex healthcare system to find a qualified doctor or untangle a medical bill adds another layer of stress. These issues can escalate and result in lowered productivity and morale, and increased absenteeism, turnover, accidents, compensation claims, and healthcare costs. At Pride Life Insurance we offer a unique, comprehensive solution. Our Work Life Continuum program add-on provides employees with early and effective professional counseling and work/life support, fully integrated with our Health Advocacy Program personalized help to navigate healthcare. All through one number.
No employee falls through the cracks, management is supported, and risks and costs are reduced.
Our Work Life Continuum service cannot be individually purchased so ask your employer to call us if it’s not already offered 844-572-6771.
